Terms of Service
Welcome to Guide Path! By using this website and our services, you agree to comply with our terms of service outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Guide Path’s website and services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue usage. These terms are legally binding and govern your access to and use of the services provided by Guide Path.
2. Access and Use of Services
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform. You agree to use our services lawfully, without violating any applicable laws or rights of others. Unauthorized access, misuse, or attempts to breach the system may lead to suspension or termination of services and possible legal actions.
3. Licensing and Annual Renewal
- License Agreement: Your license allows access to the Guide Path platform on an annual basis, per user. Each license is assigned to an individual user and may not be shared.
- Annual Renewal: Licenses automatically renew yearly unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Notifications about renewal may be sent to your registered email address.
- Non-Payment: Failure to renew or pay will result in the termination of access to the platform and its services at the end of the current license period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your license at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the current term. Refunds for partial years are not provided.
4. Compliance with Legal Standards
Guide Path complies with all relevant legal standards, including HIPAA. Users must adhere to compliance requirements, data protection regulations, and all applicable laws. Unauthorized data use, storage, or transmission that breaches legal standards or regulations will result in suspension or legal actions.
5. Community Data Sharing
Guide Path promotes collaborative care by enabling members of the same community (e.g., healthcare providers, administrators) to access survey submissions and data. By using our services, you consent to this sharing for the purpose of providing care and improving services. All shared data is managed in compliance with privacy regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Guide Path. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring it is not misused. You agree to immediately report any unauthorized use or breach of security. Guide Path reserves the right to monitor user activity and data for compliance and security purposes.
8. Modification of Services and Terms
Guide Path reserves the right to modify or update the services, terms, and features at any time. Such changes will be communicated to users through notices on the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Guide Path is registered. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Arbitration may be considered as a method of dispute resolution if mutually agreed upon.
